We are looking for an energized and engaged Sales Coordinator to join our team and accelerate our growth by maintaining and building strong partner relationships in a fast-paced sales environment.

This opportunity will allow you to flex and expand on your sales skills, generate significant tangible impact, work cross-functionally with team members, and be a part of an early-stage tech venture.

You will manage and coordinate some of the top businesses in the US. You will strengthen the partnership of these high-level clients by leveraging our existing suite of products and building new solutions that meet their unique operations. As part of our growing team, you will work alongside a select group of top salespeople across all parts of the company. You will build processes, set attainment expectations, and establish new ways of operating by partnering with Swoop’s Co-Founders, Operations, Strategy, Product teams, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: You will work closely with the sales team to provide support in the sales process. This could include preparing sales proposals, responding to customer queries, and providing product demonstrations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This may involve following up with customers after the sale to ensure their needs are met and handling any customer complaints.
  • Pipeline Management: You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, which includes tracking leads, managing opportunities, and ensuring the sales process is moving smoothly.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: You will be responsible for tracking sales metrics and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This information will be used to inform sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Coordination with other Departments: You will work closely with other departments such as marketing, product, and customer service to ensure that the sales process is aligned with the overall company strategy.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of post-grad professional experience, preferably with vertical SaaS or transportation company
  • Proven experience of exceeding goals
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior CRM experience (Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach.io)
  • Strong experience in prospecting
