Director Of Sales And Marketing

Position Summary:

The role of the Director of Sales and Marketing will consist of supervising the company’s sales and marketing operations in North America and formulate plans that contribute to both the immediate and long-term goals of the company. This role will report to the CEO and diverse partners across the USA.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, and events
• Effectively manage marketing budget
• Supervise sales process and distributor accounts
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders
• Achieve budget targets for revenue and profit
• Oversee Sales and Marketing teams
• Maintain connections with distributors, clients and partner organizations
• Engage in selling products to distributors, labs, and clinicians
• Pioneer development of Special Market channels
• Formulate sales and marketing plans
• Conduct demonstrations of machinery to potential customers
• Collaborate with CEO
• Take responsibility for the company’s marketing and sales endeavors

Qualifications:

• Have in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of selling capital equipment
• Bachelor’s Degree is required; preferably in Marketing or Business
• 3-5 years of management experience in sales or marketing
• Strong organizational and creative thinking skills
