Job Description

Logitude World is a leading freight forwarding software used in more than 90 countries worldwide. Logitude provides freight forwarders with advanced freight forwarding system to manage all operations on one digital platform and deliver superior freight services.

We are looking for an energetic, driven, and passionate Sales Account Executive to establish our local sales team in the USA and accelerate the continued growth of Logitude
World.

As a Sales Account Executive, you will grow Logitude's client base in the USA by reaching out to new business opportunities and pushing deals over the finish line side by side with
Logitude remote account executives’ team. As a member of a collaborative team, you'll have the freedom to work independently while striving to achieve targets and earn incentives. You will host client meetings, give presentations, and use your excellent people skills to build strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Explain and communicate the needs of USA customers’ to the remote implementation team.
  • Communicate with prospects through a variety of channels, including field visits, phone calls, emails, and video conferences.
  • Maintain detailed records in a CRM software and your sales pipeline, and report upwards as appropriate.
  • Prospecting, outreaching to potential customers, and acquiring new customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage your own sales opportunities to close deals.
  • Understand the customer’s requirements.
  • Provide market feedback to management.
  • Train potential customers on Logitude and highlight how it can meet their needs.
  • Proactively grow your portfolio by identifying and pursuing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, and transportation sectors is a plus.
  • SaaS sales experience is a plus.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in business software solutions (ERP, CRM, accounting systems, etc.)
  • Resident of the Miami metropolitan area.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail in your work.
  • Dependable, flexible, self-motivated, and collaborative.
  • Professional and warm personality.
