The role:

A successful Account Sales Coordinator should be proactive, positive, and passionate about the brands offerings and how they create value for customers. They achieve excellence in Point of Sales through effective execution of merchandising guidelines, marketing activities, including implementation and follow up of promotional programs and BA management. This focus must result in maximized retail sales and increased market share.

What you’ll do:

By fulfilling the main mission of this role, you will contribute to all of the 5 pillars of the Group strategy: people-centric, brand-builder, consumer-obsessed, digitally minded, and committed to responsible beauty.

Sales:

Retail sales maximization through point of sales execution

Proactively monitor stock issues and liaise with store management/warehouse/operations management to solve problems.

Provide regular market feedback to the management with regards of competition, product movement, brand position, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Keeping up- to- date with the market conditions and trends in the field and support the team with new product launch strategy and information.

Maintains excellent customer relations at as many levels possible between the brand and the retailer

Prepare and submit monthly reports, retail sales and analysis and communicate potential opportunities.

Align with the sell-in team on the best stock level as per the potential sales of each SKU

Marketing:

Update, follow and implement marketing calendars with each account

Responsible for the timely execution of all in-store programs according to retailer marketing calendar.

Reports back results of any promotion and recommends future actions.

Provides firsthand knowledge and recommendations on product mix and assortments.

Responsible for the brand image and highest possible standards following brand guidelines

At a POS level, ensures that brand resources are used efficiently and proper execution of promotional events.

Merchandising:

Follow and enforce merchandising guidelines provided by the brand

Keep all visuals up to date

Implement and enforce planograms for each space

BA’s:

Monitor and follow up on individual BA goals to ensure productivity

Review BA schedule to maximize coverage

Align with the Regional Trainer to ensure ongoing training and performance assessment of the BAs

Update database with BA personal information

Keep staff updated on animation, new products, and important brand news.

Manage uniform and gratis programs- Ensure all is shipped and received.


You are:

  • Collaborative and succeed in motivating a team.

  • Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Analytical and have strong problem-solving skills.

You have:

  • Minimum 3+ years of business experience preferably in marketing, sales and/or customer relations.
  • Bachelor’s in Business or related
  • Availability to travel 50%
