REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and ultimately achieving excellent customer satisfaction.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft computer programs, Company e-mail and their capabilities.
• Ability to work with Point of Sales system (POS) and its capabilities.
• Good knowledge of products and plants, specifically nursery stock, and general knowledge of all other merchandise.
• Retail sales experience in the industry is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to the fast-paced dynamic environment of the industry and be flexible and open to new ideas.
