Job Description

Sales Account Executive


We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team at a leading medical synoptic data capture reporting software company. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by closing deals with healthcare organizations and institutions.


As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and fostering strong relationships. While prior experience in healthcare-related or software sales is not mandatory, it would be advantageous.


In this role, you will engage with prospects and clients across the healthcare industry, focusing on deals ranging from four to seven figures. Our typical deals fall within the range of $20,000 to $150,000.


To support your sales efforts, we provide lead generators, but as a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing these leads. We are looking for candidates with 3-10 years of experience in sales.


This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to manage your own schedule and work from the comfort of your home office. However, occasional travel is expected to attend conferences and meet clients face to face. Familiarity with local medical facilities, such as hospitals, research labs, and medical schools would be a huge plus as those institutions are our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, research labs, and universities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our medical synoptic data capture reporting software to clients through effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with lead generators to convert qualified leads into successful sales opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, for smaller deals ranging from $5,000 to larger deals exceeding a million dollars.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Utilize your domain knowledge and expertise to engage potential clients and understand their needs and challenges.


Qualifications:


  • Healthcare domain experience is a plus but not a strict requirement.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
