Safety Coordinator Jobs

JSS Safety & Rescue is actively seeking qualified Safety Professionals located within or around Peoria, IL who are familiar and comfortable with project-based work including experience in the various industries such as New Construction, Pipeline, Manufacturing, Steel Mill, Refinery, and Power Plant.

Must understand case management and be computer savvy (Microsoft word and excel).

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
• Physical stamina to stand or travel regularly
• TWIC
• To be considered, all applicants must have at least: OSHA 30 inn Construction and At least 5 years of professional safety experience in the field as a Safety Professional as well as 5 years of Renewable energy (Solar, battery, wind, etc.)
• 4 Year Degree in Safety
• This role requires 100% travel, apply ONLY if you are willing to travel
• 10 years experience EHS office/Manager
• Eligible to work in the US, pass a background check with criminal history and pass a drug test
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus but not necessary
• Any of the following certifications (Is a plus): OSHA 510, OSHA 500, CHST, ASP, and/or CSP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
