- Identify process gaps impacting daily operational activities and operational efficiency, and clearly articulate the problem statement to partnering teams to scope, prioritize and resolve gaps through scalable processes
- Own cadenced (weekly/monthly/quarterly) Revenue Operations Processes ensuring on-time completion of deliverables
- Produce and maintain reports/dashboards that accelerate information-to-action at scale and drive actionable insights through data analysis
- Assist in maintaining data accuracy in Salesforce and Outreach
- Create and maintain internal documentation for sales operation processes
- Partner with internal Revenue Operations stakeholders to understand operational needs and evolve existing workflows
- Manage the intake of cases from the GTM organization by following the Rules of Engagement (policy)
- Ability to balance sharp focus on measurable outcomes with deep and genuine empathy for people, customers, and the business
- Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of sales and customer success disciplines
- Understanding of Salesforce; experience with creating and maintaining reports and dashboards (Tableau experience a plus)
- Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new business demands and changing environments
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, and highly organized
- Understanding of the tech industry and the SaaS world
- Desire to be a trusted advisor to internal Go-To-Market teams and a partner to our RevOps team
- Flexible team player, with a bias for action
- Commitment to see things through toward actionable outcomes and results
- 2-3+ years professional experience, ideally in a Sales/Business Operations or similar role
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to escalate problems and roadblocks as needed
