Job Description

Summary

Brief Media has the most essential point-of-care tools in veterinary medicine and we’re growing our team. The focus of the Revenue Operations Coordinator is to aid in the day-to-day operations of the Clinician’s Brief media business and corporate Plumb’s business, support the internal sales and customer success teams in the pre-and-post sale process, and work cross-departmentally as needed on a project basis.

This role will also cover all forms of process implementation, from conception to execution and maintenance. Required expectations are to maintain extensive attention to detail of revenue reports; to communicate in professional and timely fashion with clients, vendors, and internal departments; to demonstrate in-depth knowledge (with intricate awareness of differentiating factors) of all media and Plumb’s offerings; to become fluent in all necessary software programs and functions; and to proactively seek to improve processes and provide solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in CRM organization, functionality, and ownership
  • Setup of account upon signature, to include CRM input and initiation of cross-department project management
  • Development and distribution of corporate agreements with terms and conditions from an approved template, including routing for approvals and changes
  • Support the revenue sales team responsible for the acquisition and retention of large corporate accounts, totalling almost 12M in annual revenue
  • Compile and maintain revenue reports for SVP, Revenue Operations to review, including detailed YOY data, forecast data, and trend data. Include analysis where able.
  • Develop and maintain cross-department relationships with data, finance, marketing, technology, and product teams
  • Project management of sales and marketing projects and other related initiatives as they develop, ex: conference/event planning, corporate partnerships, media kit, general research
  • User management, to include adding/removing users, verification, usage monitoring
  • Plumb’s Corporate Responsibilities
  • Assistance in preparation and presentation of quarterly account recaps exhibiting customer health and status, to include account activity, usage data, areas of concern
  • Own management of invoicing requirements and sign-off on a monthly basis

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred, using tools such as pivot tables and vlookups to analyze large data sets
  • Effective time management skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a group
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with specialization in business, finance, analytics
  • Experience working with Microsoft and Google suites
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify operational needs and potential solutions
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in building and implementing new processes
  • Advanced CRM experience, preferably Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Self-starter with go-getter attitude, competitive nature, and excellent work ethic who is excited about working in a small company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
