Retail Support Technician Jobs

The Retail Support Technician will support our Theory Retail fleet, while working under the Theory Store Support Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Retail Store employees and internal support departments or outside providers as needed to resolve problems. Refer more complex issues to appropriate support departments.
• Contribute in proof of concepts of new technologies.
• Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve problems by phone when possible.
• Participate and support technology projects related to Theory stores.
• Provide level 2 support for technology in all Theory stores within defined service level agreements.
• Support overall store development initiatives with technologies in new stores, closures, and renovations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proactively solve problems and effectively manage multiple workstreams
• Strong reporting and analysis skills
• Although part of an overall IT team with support, ability to work independently with business functional leads and developers.
• Excellent project & documentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Business Administration, IT or related field
• Ability to multi-task in a fast pace, ever changing environment
• 4+ year experience within Retail support and/or IT support
• Ability to communicate with senior leadership

Salary range: $70,000.00 -75,000.00*
