Job Description

LGC Hospitality is assisting one of our wonderful clients in hiring an IT Manager for their restaurant group.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:


A dynamic Manager of Information Technology & Information Systems, who will manage and direct the

company’s information technology (IT) operations.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


●Oversee, develop & manage all IT operations infrastructure. This will include identifying,

developing and implementing new technologies needed to grow/sustain the company’s current growth

rate.

●Develop a comprehensive IT strategy for the company; oversee the implementation of an ITroadmap, including prioritization of key systems to support business and company goals. Thisincludes implementation, analysis, repair, and/or modifications of:

○ Current POS system: NCR/Aloha

○ Time keeper/logbook: Teamwork powered by SpotOn

○ Corporate office systems: Microsoft 365, GoDaddy, SquareSpace, Hosting solutions, GoogleWorkspace, Authorize.net, COMO

○ Restaurant office systems: admin computers, anti-virus, asset tracking, etc.

○ PCI compliance and merchant accounts

○ Accounting software: Restaurant365

○ Current OLO/catering ordering systems

○ Online gift card sales

● Analyze current overall technology infrastructure and align it with the organization’s strategicbusiness plan.

● Ensure the security of the business and assets and stay ahead of cyber security threats.

● Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan for the technical systems and network.

● Coordinate with all restaurant locations to determine and address their IT needs andrequirements.

● Manage vendors and current/future support teams.

● A familiarity with hospitality and/or supporting a team similar to our company.


REQUIREMENTS:

● Experience and/or skillset to manage all of the above listed systems and responsibilities.

● Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to work comfortably with people at all skill levels.

● Solid written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and lead others clearly.

● Comfortability in a leadership role and motivating others while being willing to jump in and

assist where needed.

● Is organized and can handle multiple projects at the same time.

● Self-starter is a must!

● Must be driven and able to not only set but achieve goals and objectives.

● Salary range is $70-80K negotiable and will be based on experience
