Sales Manager - Powersports

A prominent Powersports dealership in the Atlanta, Georgia area is seeking experienced and motivated Powersports Sales Managers to join our winning team.

Duties:

• Other duties as assigned
• Meet company objectives for sales and set individual targets with your team
• Assist General Manager with operational functions including inventory, accounting audits, performing managerial calls to customers, interviewing potential new team members, and more.
• Track and report sales and performance daily
• Ensure that the facility is running smoothly, whatever tasks those may be, whether it is working with a guest, moving bikes and vehicles, cleaning up the showroom, administrative duties, reports, etc. The words "not my job" are not part of this team
• Ensure customer care and satisfaction by providing outstanding service and promptly resolving customer concerns and questions
• Develop your sales team through motivation, product knowledge, education, and process training
• Structure deals, present numbers, close deals

Requirements

• Consistent and stable work history.
• CRM/DMS/Desking experience
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in a powersports dealership strongly desired
• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in F&I
• Strong personal interest in and knowledge of powersports
• Must have a strong knowledge of the powersports market, and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
• Ability to work at one of our Atlanta area Dealership locations (location to be disclosed prior to hire)
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A minimum of 2+ years in a retail management role, preferably in Powersports, RV, Marine, or Automotive
