Overview


In this leadership role, the Group Manager, Partner Operations will build and lead our global partner operations business to drive partner scale and impact. Core responsibilities include driving consistency in tools, processes, and measurements to improve revenue growth and productivity. You will drive the implementation of both custom in-house-built software and third-party tools to support our partner business. Having high-performing relationships with our partners means that our sales teams are more effective in front of customers, we carry greater brand recognition in the market and further differentiate ourselves relative to our competition.

Intuit Mailchimp is a hybrid workplace , giving employees the opportunity to collaborate in person with team members in our Atlanta and Brooklyn offices two or more days per week.


What You'll Bring


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 20%
  • Experience working in a distributed environment across a multi-national company
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working in or closely partnering with operations or customer-facing roles (e.g. customer support, back office operations, professional services, etc.)
  • MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of related work experience in program management, partner operations, product management, customer support, or technical consulting.
  • Domain expertise and experience in the operations space
  • Prior experience developing and managing technology and/or agency partnerships


How You Will Lead


  • Ensure success between Intuit Mailchimp and our partner organizations relative to tools and processes.
  • Report on partner initiative impact and develop recommendations for go-forward planning.
  • Collaborate with the technology and service partnership teams and other business partners on process enhancements.
  • Build a definition of success, along with input goals and KPIs and OKRs that meet our strategic objectives.
  • Future-proof our organization by proactively evolving our operations technology strategy, while also solving our day-to-day challenges as we scale our partner business.
  • Drive operational cadence for our partner business – planning, forecasting, reporting, and systems.
  • Create and support the communications, logistics, and systems needed to create impactful partner experiences.
  • Support partner onboarding and business planning processes.
  • Develop key insights to grow capacity and continuously improve the partner program.
  • Set an inspirational technology vision for major elements of partner operations, and build the path to execute it in both short and long-term horizons.
  • Support implementation of CRM and own partner-specific systems and drive ongoing enhancements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute activities that support business partner initiatives across the organization and ensure operations expectations for timeliness, quality, and efficiency are delivered in conjunction with internal and external parties.
  • Collaborate with rev ops, sales, marketing, and international teams to drive pipeline and net new bookings.
