Job Description
Summary You will serve as a RESOURCES ASSISTANT in the MISSION PLANNING & OFF-BOARD MISSION SYSTEMS, SPECTRUM WARFARE DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will complete infrastructure functions related to procurement, enhancement, and sustainment of the operational environment with little guidance from Lead(s). You will provide progress updates to project/product manager biweekly and identify percent complete and any significant challenges. You will serve as primary Organizational Property Administrator for Asset Accounting You will work with the IT team to ensure that software is being procured based on the required timelines. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DG-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following:1) Assisting in Supporting Program Analyst with cost, performance/scope, and schedule metrics as required/requested; 2) Ensuring proper safety regulations are enforced for the building office areas and laboratories; 3) Completing and delegating tasking for inventory; and 4) Assisting in updating the software tracking and hardware tracking spreadsheets as new procurements are made.
