Basic Function: The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and managing organic and paid social media campaigns. Manage the paid media budget for the social team, ensuring all spent funds are being tracked on projects, and manage timelines for deliverables for paid media recommendations, budget forecasting and will also compile and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and present campaign performance results to key stakeholders.

And Responsibilities
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
- Provide targeting and budgeting recommendations for new campaigns
- Generate and monitor lead generation campaigns and results in connection with the Demand Generation Specialist
- Optimize campaign bids, budgets, and ongoing tests
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Execute new social media advertising campaign launches
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends
- Perform cost-benefit research for social media marketing projects
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms
- Basic understanding of our services, across the companies, after training is completed
- Write ad copy for paid social marketing campaigns
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels for each client
- Track, report, and analyze advertising performance and report on same
- Mastery of all relevant social platform UIs and capabilities (all ad units, targeting options) - Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc. & Experience implementing re targeting tactics
- Possess demonstrated social media planning and buying experience combined with a willingness to experiment
- Experience measuring the impact and effectiveness of campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Ability to manage campaign calendars effectively
- Working knowledge using Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ad Manager and Social Analytics
- Ability to serve as paid social media subject matter expert across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Ability to conduct measurement planning, pixel generation and UTM parameters
- Has a strong understanding of persona development
- Experience with daily monitoring of campaign pacing, making budget recommendations, optimizations, & interpreting results
- Working knowledge and understanding of creative testing, reporting, and optimization for performance-based ROIs and lead captures
- Ability to function with a high level of pro-activeness with little or no guidance
