We're in search of a Social Media Specialist with a proven track record in managing multiple accounts, executing paid social media campaigns, engaging influencers and customers on social platforms, and more.

The ideal candidate is a creative, diligent, and adaptable team player, capable of effectively managing, planning, and generating digital content across diverse social media platforms. This role involves maintaining customer interactions, producing content, developing social strategies, managing comments, and more. Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects would be advantageous.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage lead generation software (training provided)
• Devise and implement innovative social media strategies
• Create well-structured social media calendars for planned content
• Take charge of generating new franchise leads via social media (training provided)
• Oversee numerous social media profiles for each I Heart Mac & Cheese outlet, addressing comments and messages as required
• Generate comprehensive analytical reports on platform insights and the outcomes of paid social media campaigns
• Strategically place geo-targeted paid social media ads across various platforms
• Develop digital content and materials for franchise owners
• Craft compelling paid advertisements, encompassing copywriting and graphic design
• Edit visual and video content for social media and other collateral
• Identify key demographics for targeted advertising at each I Heart Mac & Cheese location
• Produce timely digital content
• Style and photograph content for our social media channels
• Coordinate and schedule appearances of social media influencers at store events
• Develop content to enhance audience engagement
• Present analytical findings to franchisees following each social media campaign push
• Provide exceptional customer service through social media and review platforms

Your Qualifications:

• Experience in crafting and editing content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Sound understanding of marketing strategies and brand awareness
• Outstanding customer service aptitude
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google platforms (Sheets, Google My Business, Drive, etc.)
• Proficiency in videography and editing techniques
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus
• Proficiency in managing diverse social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
• Strong familiarity with Meta Business Suite and other planning and scheduling tools
• Proficiency in generating relevant digital content tailored to various purposes
• Eagerness to learn and adapt
• Commitment to diligently monitor all social media accounts
• Stay up-to-date with evolving social media trends and events
• Expertise in executing social media paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms
