As the Social Media Strategist for multi-channel media on the Coolibar marketing team, you'll be joining a cross-functional team of creative marketers and designers, working together to achieve one thing: Inspire our target(s) to protect their skin from the sun with our industry leading UPF 50 clothing and accessories that are not only functional but fashionable too. You are a curious, problem solver, you tap into trends, both cultural and social, to generate likes, follows, conversations and ultimately new and repeat customers. Your passion for social media, both personally and professionally, is obvious and infectious. You understand that what works on TikTok might not be appropriate for Instagram. And you're not afraid of testing boundaries, pushing the work to craft novel, thumb-stopping work that engages our targets converting them to brand loyalists and evangelists. You want to create culture-driving, business-building, big brand work in every medium, from ecommerce and web video, to targeted social and influencer campaigns, to attention-getting activation and experiential event programs.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
•3-5-plus years’ experience working in SEO/Internet Marketing/Content Marketing/Digital Marketing
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications other applicable disciplines
•Develop and implement best-in-class digital media executions; images, reels, stories, tending videos, influencer/partnership campaigns on platforms including: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest + Coolibar website & Amazon
•Understand and use performance metrics to refine and improve performance and strategy- proven results in increasing traffic, improving conversion, and addressing algorithms with experience using social media listening / measurement tools to help identify, optimize and formalize content improvements and processes
•Work closely with internal cross functional teams to develop and execute performance-driven media strategies across digital channels, such as SEM, paid social, display, video, and mobile advertising. As well as collaborating on growing and stewarding our portfolio of digital influencers/creators to secure opportunities to engage new audiences
•Help manage the content strategy and editorial calendar to support key market/target opportunities -take charge of campaign set-up, precise audience/location targeting, budget allocation, execute changes, PPC updates and optimization.
•Understanding of website development, functions and optimization, as well as e-commerce- tactics such as SEO & Metadata, keywords and hyperlinking to ensure that structure is exceptionally effective for online search
•Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, including analytics and tracking software, providing actionable insights and recommendations that optimize performance and improve ROI. Must be able to draw inferences and conclusions from data to make sound, supported campaign optimizations and client recommendations.
•Proactively identify opportunities to tap into or incorporate the latest trends in technology, social viral campaigns, trending hashtags, latest channel dynamics and opportunities; evaluates new social opportunities and emerging channels.

•Curiosity about – and knowledge of – emerging tech trends & pop culture with a finger on the pulse of what’s trending and why, research, research, research and constant tracking of our competitors and aspirational brands
•Confidence to present ideas (including the wild ones) to your peers and Directors as well as the ability to incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
Nice-to-haves:
•A working knowledge of/passion for/connection to the Miami cultural landscape, including but not limited to: fashion, events, culture, art of all forms, influencers, wellness/fitness
•Experience in the fashion/merchandising/shopper marketing/design industry
