Neuroscience experience, preferably in psychiatry preferred

Pharmaceutical industry experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development (+ 6 years experience) for neuroscience products would also be considered

Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline. Doctorate/Terminal Degree (MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, DNP, DC, etc.) preferred.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical affairs principles, clinical research methodologies, and pharmaceutical regulations.

Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate scientific literature and data.

• Support with the development/Implementation of MSL New Hire Training

• Where appropriate, support of Global Scientific Training

In-depth understanding of respiratory medicine, including knowledge of respiratory diseases, diagnostics, treatment options, and emerging trends in the field.

Develop and Execute Respiratory Medical Strategy: Formulate and execute the company's medical affairs strategy specifically for respiratory products.

Regulatory Compliance in Respiratory Medicine: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards specific to respiratory medicine

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Research and Development (R&D), Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, and Market Access

Minimum of 5 years MSL and/or medical affairs experience, with demonstrated leadership Management experience required.

Supervise a team of MSL Managers and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs).

Provide ongoing education, training, and professional development.

Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical leadership to develop educational content for healthcare providers and patients.

Manage a departmental budget Perform other duties as assigned

Manager, Global Medical Affairs Skills & Experience required:

Manage educational grant budget across assigned TA(s) and report accruals to accounting on a monthly basis.

Monitors all regulatory requirements related to business items that require Medical Board approval, and ensures compliance and proper documentation.

Remote Medical Affairs Governance Coordinator

Prepares all medical staff reports on behalf of the Medical Boards for presentation to the Board of Trustees.

Provides support upon request with editing and maintaining the Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and all associated policies and procedures.

Provides other support or performs other duties as requested by members of the Medical Staff Affairs leadership team.
