Remote Manager Of Admissions

Day to Day:

• Insight Global's client is seeking Managers of Admissions who will manage of remote team of 10-15 Admission Representatives. This is a leadership role not a hands on role, however, the associates are responsible for making about 200 calls a day to leads and this organization is full virtual with students starting work every two weeks. This manager is responsible for ensuring their team is effectively and efficiently providing potential students with accurate information about their programs, following up on leads as well as managing students through the enrollment process in a timely and organized manner. In addition to supervising Admission Representatives, this Manager will also manage any assigned two Associate Managers as they provide support to the Admission Representatives during the enrollment process and during training.

Must-Haves:

• Ability to speak about leadership style and how to motivate team members through adversity
• High school diploma
• 2 years+ managing a team of around 7+ people in a virtual environment.
• 2 years+ working experience in online school admissions.
• Must sit/live in Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, New Mexico, Utah, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, North Carolina, or Texas.
