As the Admissions Director, you will assume a multifaceted role that combines admissions, marketing, and leadership. You will be responsible for assembling and leading a team of Admissions Advisors while simultaneously overseeing marketing functions to surpass enrollment targets. Your role as the primary point of contact for the Admissions team will ensure the smooth and efficient execution of all admissions-related activities. Setting enrollment goals, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with the leadership team on forecasting will be among your essential responsibilities. Additionally, you will create the admissions playbook, encompassing training materials, scripts, KPI tracking, and other relevant resources. Exceptional communication skills are paramount in this position, as it necessitates continuous engagement through various mediums such as phone, video, and written correspondence, leading to a significant volume of purposeful and productive conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement admissions strategies for enrollment growth, revenue targets, and effective marketing.
• Manage HubSpot CRM system.
• Collaborate on forecasting and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with departments for a seamless student experience.
• Assist with grants and financial services.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, including students, partners, and alumni.
• Adapt working hours to accommodate schedules.
• Set enrollment goals, establish KPIs, and track progress.
• Manage and lead Admissions Advisors, providing coaching and training to achieve goals.
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and provide feedback.
• Create and implement training programs and admissions playbook.
• Meet or exceed enrollment goals.
• Guide and support applicants, ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot Sales CRM or other similar CRM systems.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding enrollment goals on a fast-paced admissions team.
• Working knowledge of marketing functions as it relates to admissions, including lead gen, lead nurturing, messaging, and communications.
• Knowledge of grant and financial assistance programs is preferred.
• Must be available to work in person in the New York City Manhattan office.
• 5+ years of experience in admissions, preferably in a bootcamp setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to process changes.
