Job Description

Bridge Models Limited is a leading model agency with offices in London and New York. We Represent models and influencers internationally and are looking to expand our team at this exciting time for the company.


As our name suggests the ethos behind the company is to “bridge the gap” between standard and plus size in the fashion industry. This is a great position for anyone who wants to be a part of an industry-leading agency. We launched the first Men's Big and Tall board in the UK and expanded our boards reach by opening an office in New York. We promote growth from within, this position is in aid of our company expansion and we pride ourselves on nurturing our team's personal career goals and ambitions in this field. You will be assisting the Managing Director in the development of the company, by overseeing and supporting relevant team members to ensure company KPI's and Targets are met. Contributing to company sales practices and business development strategy and the implementation of those marketing practices and booking policies to support the objectives and growth of the business.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

-Supporting the marketing and booking teams on a day to day basis.

-Implement and analyse regular targets to track performance of departments and contribute to regular reviews to assess areas for improvement.

-Assisting the development of the talent divisions, regular asses’ areas of weakness and strength and plan growth and improvement where needed.

-Organise portfolio development, plan and execute regular images and measurement updates.

-Regularly review goals and objectives with talent, motivating and encouraging results on their targeted deliverables.

-Respond and seek out PR opportunities for talent, produce relevant copy and press releases as and when required.

-Maintain an accurate and up to date database. Following company admin and processing protocols with a high-level of attention to detail and quality of work.

-Proactively seek out new talent and clients that would be advantageous to theagency.

-Actively engage with new clients and contacts, building own network of contacts that produce billable work for the company and that facilitate growth in target markets.

-Engage clients with relevant and successful brief suggestions, secure and manage bookings from enquiry to payment and follow up for feedback and image deliverables for company and model promotion.

-Development of brand identity, awareness of online reputation, integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)

-Arrange and negotiate international placements where appropriate.

-Actively engage in employee training, ensure skill sets are up to date and a high quality of work is being produced. Identify areas for improvement and implement action plan with line manager.

-Assist in the processing of successful VISA applications for Talent, including all administrative work and arranging of appointment and submissions of application.

-Maintain strong working relationship with Talent and Clients, diffusing and resolving conflict with favorable results for the Company.

-Complete tasks and targets within deadlines to an efficient and high-quality standard alongside maintaining regular KPI’s.

-Project management experience

-Strong understanding of social media, fashion, entertainment and media markets

-Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

-A structured approach to work, with a high level of attention to detail and a professional drive for high quality work.

-Ability to regularly assess and manage time effectively.

-An eye for scouting and talent development

-A pre-emptive approach to conflict resolution and ability to resolve with favourable results without elevating to senior members of staff

-A strong personality with the ability to work autonomously and within a team
