Responsibilities:

- Discover, book, and manage talent for various opportunities, including commercial, film, television, theater, and voice-over projects.

- Establish relationships with casting directors, advertising agencies, producers, and other industry professionals.

- Collaborate with the agency's management team to develop strategic talent development and booking plans.

- Ensure talent is adequately prepared for auditions and performances, providing them with all necessary information and guidance.

- Negotiate contract terms with clients and other agencies on behalf of our talent.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new talent and booking opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in talent booking or related roles in the entertainment industry.

- Excellent entertainment industry knowledge, including key players, emerging talents, and current trends.

- Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of securing favorable contract terms.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

- Must be self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about talent representation.
