Job Responsibilities

• Identify discrepancies and recommend alternative courses of action
• Index payments on SharePoint site
• Process payments by creating and formatting Excel files for payment upload
• Research missing policy information
• Operate PC and related software for data storage
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Manage shared mailbox and update records in SharePoint
• Retrieve payment details from client portals for processing
