Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements
• Sort incoming faxes and mail in compliance with department and client requirements

Essential Functions

• Demonstrate basic computer skills and familiarity with the internet
• Utilize typing skills for efficient data entry
• Enter data accurately and efficiently
• Operate 10-key for precise numerical input
• Work weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Familiarity with data conversions and IT data architecture
• Experienced in data processing and order processing
• Proficient in data collection and time management
• 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
