Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented individual to serve our customers with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence.

Description

Schedule: 8:00am - 5pm (with 1 hour lunch) Wednesday-Sunday
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Work Location: Fully Remote

Job Responsibilities
CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Follow scripts and continuously develop customer service skills
  • Outbound calls and bid follow-ups
  • Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries for the business
  • Update and manage a call board to ensure the right service members assigned to the right jobs to maximize job opportunities

DISPATCH

  • Schedule service appointments
  • Dispatch and manage the whereabouts of multiple trucks and technicians in the field

DIGITAL MARKETING
  • Assist in social and website posting and brand maintenance

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of Service Titan – will train, if necessary
  • Basic knowledge of the plumbing industry and terms
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Strong understanding of Google Workspace
  • Basic computer skills

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • Plumbing industry experience
  • Digital marketing experience (will train if necessary)
  • CSR/Dispatch experience (1 year minimum)

  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities

Our family plumbing business has been serving Burnet County, Texas and the surrounding area since 1997. The new owners, Lucas and Adam Brandenburg, recently purchased the company at the beginning of 2023 and have since grown revenue 30%, rebranded, and implemented a new FMS, Service Titan.
