Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the initial candidate screening process.
- Responsible for related HR functions related to recruiting, training and retention.
- Schedule and coordinate on-site orientations.
- Plan and coordinate on-site interviews and recruiting events.
- Coordinate screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level.
- Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve processes.
- Conducts employment related searches with electronic and other methods of recruiting.
- Represent and promote BirchStone Management by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting data from applicants.
- Serves as a resource for recruitment policies, new hire process procedures and practices to managers and supervisors.
- Attends and participates in job fairs, community activities, and other recruitment-related events.
- Develop and sustain collaborative and productive relationships with peers, field operations and company management.
- Phone and online meeting platform skills
- Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently
- Customer-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Professional fluency in English with good oral and written communication skills. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Computer literate with practical experience in Microsoft applications- Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability and willingness to work as a member of team, with people of different cultural and religious backgrounds/gender while maintaining impartiality and objectivity.
- Recruiting and interviewing skills
- Must maintain high level of confidentiality and handle privileged information in a professional manner
