This position is responsible for being the primary relationship manager overseeing an established book of business within assigned territory.

Candidate must reside in Los Angeles or Orange County area.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for providing relationship management and overseeing 85 small plans, generally in the $5M - $25M range.
• Responsible for assisting with the sales team on developing new business and attending finals presentations.
• Responsible for client retention and growing our existing plans.
• Responsible for sole relationship with client, education strategies, plan review, asset diversification.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline

Certifications/Registrations

• FINRA 6 & 63 registrations required within corporate-established timelines
• FINRA fingerprinting required

What Will Set You Apart

• Will travel majority of the time using personal vehicle to go to local meetings with plan sponsors and brokers
• Normal Office Working Conditions typically from a home office
• Previous experience presenting to large groups and individuals Advanced 401k, compliance, plan documentation and investment knowledge
• 4-7 years financial services experience

The salary range below shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Base Salary Range

$ 89,800.00-126,850.00
