We are hiring a Branch Manager, who under minimal direction, will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of a branch which includes hiring, leading, and coaching the staff, creating, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.
Branch Hours
Monday – Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM
- Based upon business needs, this position will require flexibility to work a varied work schedule, including weekends, during regular business hours.

Requirements:Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of analytical and problem-solving experience in branch operations, managing employees, analysis, process improvement, and/or program/project management role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to meet Driving Requirement
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree
- 5+ years of analytical and problem-solving experience in branch operations, managing employees, analysis, process improvement, and/or program/project management role.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full knowledge of laws, regulations and policies governing credit union accounts.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a large group of employees.
- Handles Member and employee challenges.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure branch operations are conducted in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Effectively coach team to provide consistent levels of engagement and Member experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Effectively supervise, coach, and develop staff proficiencies.
- Complete understanding and active application of our Core4, Mission, Values, and Purpose statements.
- Maintains full knowledge of laws, regulations and policies governing credit union accounts. Handles Member and employee challenges.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the overall sales activities and operations of the branch.
- Set, communicate, monitor, and evaluate employee performance expectations and goals, and communicate how these contribute to the strategy of the credit union.
- Assist with operationally based projects and committees designed to enhance processes.
We support Pay Transparency and are a pay-for-performance organization that benchmarks base pay to the 50th percentile of market data.
Pay Scale: Min $72,300.80 / Mid $85,696 / Max $101,691.20
- Actual compensation will be based on geographical location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
