Regulatory Designer - Actalent

EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A PRODUCT INFORMATION/LABELS SPECIALIST IN HOLTSVILLE, NY!

This role will provide Regulatory support for new product development as well as continued compliance for existing products. As a Labels Specialist, the role will involve working closely with our Engineering teams and ODM/JDM partners globally to support Regulatory Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Works in a team environment and able to act independently to address minor issues and risks until resolved. On major issues provides recommendations for mitigation plan for review by management.
• Utilizes SharePoint and Agile to store files
• Creates layouts for regulatory labels using graphic libraries
• Effectively manages projects of moderate scope including planning, control, and delivery against timeline and budget metrics
• Monitors progress and deliverables through the team and balances scope and schedule to adjust the project with minimal impact to the business.
• May lead multiple limited-scope / small derivative projects simultaneously
• Documents progress against the project plan throughout the project. Formulates status reports and presents to the team and immediate manager.

Qualifications

• Preferred Work Experience (years): 1-2 years of experience
• Preferred Education: Associates degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience

Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

HYBRID SCHEDULE - 2 days work from home, 3 days on site
