Regional Sales Executives grow our customer base through sales to consumers by networking, partnering with various groups and organizations, and participating in a wide variety of regional events. They share our story, educate, assist buyers through the sign-up process and create on-brand experiences, ensuring every customer is welcomed into the Smith Brothers Farms family.
Smith Brothers Farms is the Northwest’s premier grocery home delivery service serving thousands of homes throughout the Puget Sound. Families count on our milkmen and women to fill their porch boxes every week.
We offer a modern, technology-supported delivery service with a nostalgic nod to simpler times. Our growing product catalog features farm fresh dairy, a handpicked selection of locally sourced, organic, small batch food, seasonal favorites, and familiar staples.
This is a full-time, remote, outside sales position based in the Puget Sound area. (Must reside in Seattle area) Schedule varies week to week. The 5-day work week schedule includes evening and weekend events. Our team often takes Monday and Tuesday as their “weekend” days to work the best events on Saturday and Sunday.
Sales Executives receive base pay, commission, bonus incentives, and unlimited earning potential. Perks include:
Compensation: From $75,000.00 to $80,600.00 per year

- Quickly engage, identify and qualify prospective buyers.
- Possess excellent interviewing and listening skills.
- Inspire curiosity, spark relationships and help customers visualize receiving home delivery.
- Navigate through objections and guide customers in the sign-up process.
- Use sales CRM software, apps, and mobile technology to track sales activity efficiently, manage a pipeline, document, and organize prospecting efforts.
- Adapt by incorporating new promotions, product updates, and on-going improvements into their sales approach.
- Represent company at assigned activities and events. Set up, break down table, tent and display materials.
- Maintain clean and neat appearance at all times.
- Meet quota performance goals.
- Educate customers in our milkman delivery service, dairy and locally sourced food, and our family-owned company.
- Record leads, activity and maintain complete and accurate data in sales software.
- Identify groups and organizations aligned with target demographic. Manage on-going relationships, engage key stakeholders and members, and develop strategies to convert customers.
- Serve as trainer and mentor to part-time event specialists.
- Maintain vehicle and equipment in event-ready condition. Drive safely and courteously. Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of Smith Brothers Farms and our products.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics.
- Generate brand awareness and positive impressions to increase sales.
- Identify and engage potential customers, recommend service, and assist them in signing up for delivery.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Contact management software experience preferred. General Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience in consumer sales, consultative sales, direct sales, event marketing, or brand promotion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College graduates and veterans encouraged to apply.
- Ability to perform tasks and responsibilities in all types of weather conditions.
- Ability to drive company vehicle.
- Stand for long periods of time while working at a sales event/booth.
- Frequently lift 25 pounds. Occasionally lift 50 pounds. Seldom lift up to 100 pounds (pop-up tent and cooler full of ice and samples).
Compensation: From $75,000.00 to $80,600.00 per year
