Location: Seattle (remote)
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, such as restaurants, distributors, and commercial kitchens. Identify customer needs, understand their business objectives, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships, address concerns, and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Analyze the market potential and identify growth opportunities within the assigned region.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, emerging trends, and competitive activities. Collaborate with the Sales Director to establish sales objectives, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and implement territory plans, including sales forecasts, account prioritization
- Proven experience in outbound sales in the restaurant or foodservice equipment industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Competitive spirit, driven sales mindset, determination and motivation to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the restaurant and foodservice industry, including customer needs, distribution channels, and market dynamics.
