Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000 (base) + commissions


We're a commercial foodservice equipment manufacturer looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager in the Seattle area to join our team!


We specialize in the manufacturing and distribution of commercial foodservice equipment for use in various industries including restaurants, hospitality, retail and medical sectors. Our deep product line includes commercial refrigerators, glass door merchandisers, undercounters, food prep tables, freezers, display cases, beverage coolers, range ovens, deep fryers, and other related equipment, designed to contribute to the success and efficiency of businesses in the foodservice sectors.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales in the commercial restaurant and foodservice equipment Industry.


The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets within a designated region. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying and targeting new opportunities for growth, and expanding the company's market share in the region. The Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the Sales Director.


Starting Salary will be in the range will be between $50,000 and $65,000 per year, plus uncapped commission and benefits.


Work is remote, with significant travel within your assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, such as restaurants, distributors, and commercial kitchens. Identify customer needs, understand their business objectives, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships, address concerns, and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt strategies and stay ahead in the market.
  • Analyze the market potential and identify growth opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, emerging trends, and competitive activities. Collaborate with the Sales Director to establish sales objectives, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and implement territory plans, including sales forecasts, account prioritization


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience in outbound sales in the restaurant or foodservice equipment industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Competitive spirit, driven sales mindset, determination and motivation to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the restaurant and foodservice industry, including customer needs, distribution channels, and market dynamics.
