- Manage regional T&E budget.

- Availability to travel extensively.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team.
- A valid and clear driver license may be required for travel purposes.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to demonstrate dynamic communication skills in the English language via email, phone, virtual meetings, in-person meetings, and presentations/demonstrations.
- Solutions orientated, able to apply critical thinking skills to solve problems.
- Team leadership experience with the ability to encourage and influence others.
- Experience with business related negotiation.
