Job Details


The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our low voltage systems division in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual who can effectively lead a team, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The Regional Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, maintaining quality standards, and fostering strong relationships with clients.


Operational Leadership


  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of low voltage systems installations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow processes, resolve operational challenges, and improve overall performance.
  • Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and budgetary compliance to ensure successful project completion.


Team Management


  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance and individual development.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of low voltage technicians and project managers.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive work environment and fostering professional growth.


Client Relationship Management


  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new projects and maintain existing accounts.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions to maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies.


Quality Assurance


  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality low voltage systems installations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation and operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
