Job Description

Revolution is now hiring a Regional Human Resources and Health Safety & Environmental Manager in Stuttgart, AR. We seek a candidate who will help organize, coordinate, and carry out all HR responsibilities for the site. The successful candidate will work directly with the Plant Manager and HR Director in fulfilling various necessary tasks. This role will also have responsibility for the site safety program. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. The company will provide some relocation assistance if needed. In addition, there is some flexibility to work from home occasionally.


  • Provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace.
  • Educate employees on safety standards and expectations.
  • Writes or reviews effective company-wide communications.
  • Create and implement safety plans while ensuring that they are being followed daily.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Attend safety walks and inspections before or during each project to analyze safety risks.
  • Assists managers with recruiting, interviewing, screening, and hiring qualified employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Leads the implementation of the talent review process & pay administration and ensures equity within the organization.
  • Effectively executes the strategic and tactical actions per corporate vision and goals.
  • Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents, and related events.
  • Direct new employee orientation & the onboarding process to foster positive attitudes.
  • Ensures the company meets legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
  • Investigate accidents that occur on-site and identify possible causes of the accident.
  • Focuses on organizational talent, staff development, career planning, & succession planning.


Qualifications

  • Pragmatic and action-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions and priorities.
  • Three years of relevant HR and HSE experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • This position will support multiple shifts and must be able to maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Reliable and personable; enjoy working with diverse individuals and ensuring employee requirements and needs are met first.
  • Strong customer service orientation and proven ability to lead through collaboration, positive interpersonal skills, problem resolution, and a desire to do the right thing.
  • Maintains confidentiality and high ethical standards.
  • Manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite to work in relevant systems such as HRIS, Payroll systems, and Applicant Tracking System, etc.
  • Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Self-directed and motivated.
  • Professional SHRM certification preferred.
  • Experience with DOT regulation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HSE tools and methodologies.
