Ally Pediatric Therapy, a specialty clinic for children with autism and other childhood disorders, is looking for an experienced Regional Director to join our growing team.

To enable the delivery of high-quality clinical outcomes and a positive experience to Ally’s clients in a profitable manner.


Position Summary:


An experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsible for providing clinical leadership, and operational excellence. This individual will support an environment of high-quality clinical outcomes, positive customer experience, and strong staff engagement in an efficient, effective, and profitable manner.


Requirements


  • Uses data to inform actions, and supports Clinical Director implementation of initiatives which foster an engaged, motivated, and satisfied staff
  • Collaborates with the clinical leadership team, to ensure Ally designs, implements, and uses processes and tools which ensure the delivery of quality care to clients and ensures clinic staff adhere to quality standards
  • Manages and oversees the application of company strategy at the clinic level while identifying and solving operational issues at the appropriate level
  • Supports with recruiting, and hires and retains high-quality clinical staff, ensuring clinics are appropriately staffed and meeting profitability targets
  • Manages caseload hours and utilization ensuring clinics are meeting financial objectives.
  • Ensures that manager check-ins occur regularly, feedback is solicited and provided, and performance is reviewed and managed for all direct reports and for all clinic-based staff
  • Educates staff on the importance of customer (parent/family) experience and ensures appropriate training and support exist to deliver high-quality customer service
  • Supports Clinical Directors to ensure consistent operational excellence within and across clinics, including accurate and timely scheduling, adequate supplies on hand, cleanliness, responsiveness, and efficient utilization of clinic-based staff
  • Supports clinic and company marketing and community outreach and engagement


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Basic understanding of operational metrics that contribute to profitability and the ability to use data to impact those metrics in a meaningful way
  • Ability to prioritize between multiple initiatives and responsibilities depending on the need

Education and Experience:


  • Experience with staff and parent training
  • Experience working as a BCBA in a therapy program for children with autism
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card
  • Must be a licensed behavior analyst in Arizona and certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Must be physically able to perform direct and supervision sessions
  • Experience with supervision of BCBAs and RBTs


Work Environment:


  • Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
  • Based out of the Ahwatukee clinic, with travel to other Greater Phoenix clinics required, as needed
  • Sitting, standing, and moving throughout the day in a clinical environment
