About Us
In today's fast-paced world, instant gratification has become the norm. To remain competitive, businesses need to process and analyze vast amounts of information within milliseconds.
Our company's Unified Real-Time Data platform offers a simplified and optimized data architecture for enterprises that demand extreme speed, massive scalability, and high availability from their data ecosystem. Our clientele includes trusted names like Citi, Barclays, American Airlines, AutoZone, and UPS, relying on us to manage mission-critical data operations across their businesses.
We're in a phase of growth and are inviting you to join our team. Become a key player in a dynamic Silicon Valley startup that's redefining "real-time" and transforming global expectations for high-speed data processing, computation, and analytics.

Possess a thorough grasp of intercompany accounting and elimination processes, establishing robust reporting procedures.
Manage relationships with external auditors to facilitate efficient completion of audit procedures.
Oversee banking relationships, including account management, transaction coordination, and liaison with financial institutions.
Fulfill monthly and quarterly reporting requirements, ensuring accurate financial information for internal and external stakeholders.
When necessary, oversee the setup and management of new international entities, along with related corporate structures and compliance.
Manage companywide insurance programs, renewals, and vendor relationships.
Support due diligence processes for potential future company fundraising initiatives.
Lead gradual improvements and upgrades in ERP systems (Sage Intaact) and other business intelligence implementations, while managing vendor relationships within the finance and accounting domain.
Oversee all aspects of equity compensation administration using Shareworks, handling stock option grants, exercises, vesting schedules, and staying updated on industry best practices and trends in equity compensation.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 8-12+ years of experience, including 3-5+ years in an accounting leadership position.
Experience at one of the Big 4 or a comparable firm, as well as in a high-tech, growth-stage environment with scaling experience.
