Job Description

Acres is a fast growing disruptor in the casino technology space, with a laser focus on loyalty technology. We're an upstart, ready to conquer the industry and already the market leader in enabling cashless gaming.


We seek a Regional Director of Sales to assume responsibility for our day-to-day sales strategies and execution throughout the region. Which region? That could actually be up to you as we expect to add multiple positions.


The ideal candidate will lead Acres' sales efforts in the designated region. We are on a path to become the industry's dominant loyalty technology provider and are looking for competitive, driven team members who embrace the challenge of capturing market share from entrenched competitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Uncover problems casinos experience and match them to our solution.
  • Create and maintain an account database of all casino customers in the region and their key employees.
  • Spread awareness and build interest of our best of breed technology within the region.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with key customers.
  • Sell on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality.
  • Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions.
  • Understand business operations, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level

Qualifications:

  • Possess a highly competitive and driven personality.
  • Preferred relevant experience in technology and/or casino gaming technology.
  • Experience selling to the C-suite.
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers.
  • General understanding of modern computing, networking, and AI technologies and how each can benefit businesses.
