This position will manage west coast sales operations.
- Sales opportunities identified
- Number and percentage of opportunities converted to active customers
- Achieve monthly and yearly goals of
- Coach and develop Regional Sales Representatives to improve skills and results in advancing opportunities through their sales funnels
- Revenue generated
- Work with reps to identify and prioritize sales opportunities
- Provide reps with learning opportunities that improve their skills and increase their performance
- Manage creation of monthly sales forecast and be accurate within 5%
- Develop monthly coaching plan for each rep and share with sales leadership
- Be able to make adjustments to drive revenue growth
- Logging all calls
- Ensure that reps use Salesforce per company requirements: encourage
- Entering trade show information
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with each rep
- Attend an in-person or virtual sales call
- Have a weekly 1:1 meeting with VP of Sales to develop strategy for the week
- Entering all customer interactions
- Each week
- Facilitate a 1-hour role-play practice session with a rotating group of reps
- Attend industry events and acquire new customers through these events
