This position will manage west coast sales operations.


Summary:


Qwikkit is a six-year old, very fast-growing manufacturing company. Our refacing kits make cabinet remodeling easy


for apartment complexes and retail customers. Customers are attracted to our superior product at an affordable price, and our industry-leading lead time. The Director of Regional Sales is an important role in the growth of the Qwikkit organization. The individual that is selected for this role will help lead the charge in continual pursuit of sales excellence and being the leaders in the cabinet refacing industry.


Position Goals:
  • Sales opportunities identified
  • Number and percentage of opportunities converted to active customers
  • Achieve monthly and yearly goals of
  • Coach and develop Regional Sales Representatives to improve skills and results in advancing opportunities through their sales funnels
  • Revenue generated


Essential Job Functions:


Lead a team of 4-6 Regional Sales Representatives
  • Work with reps to identify and prioritize sales opportunities
  • Provide reps with learning opportunities that improve their skills and increase their performance
  • Manage creation of monthly sales forecast and be accurate within 5%
  • Develop monthly coaching plan for each rep and share with sales leadership
  • Be able to make adjustments to drive revenue growth
  • Logging all calls
  • Ensure that reps use Salesforce per company requirements: encourage
  • Entering trade show information
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with each rep
  • Attend an in-person or virtual sales call
  • Have a weekly 1:1 meeting with VP of Sales to develop strategy for the week
  • Entering all customer interactions
  • Each week
  • Facilitate a 1-hour role-play practice session with a rotating group of reps


Other activities


Assist in developing yearly Sales Planning/Goals along with the Sales VP


  • Attend industry events and acquire new customers through these events


Required Qualifications:


Education: High School Diploma/GED


Experience: 3+ years of successful sales leadership, managing quota-carrying representatives


Working knowledge of basic computer software, Microsoft Office Suite, experience working with a CRM


Experience coaching and developing Sales Representatives


Experience delivering sales presentations
