Job Description

PURE Property Management is looking for a Regional Director of Operations, Northwest, Come join our team!

Pay Range: $115,000.00 Plus Target Bonus
Pay Frequency: Biweekly
Position Hours: 40 Hours/Week
FLSA: Exempt
The Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for leading and managing the Operators, and/or Operations Managers of multiple offices, in many cases across large regions or states, to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.

The purpose of the Regional Director of Operations is to effectively guide leaders in the assigned geographic area, set performance objectives, evaluate, and optimize operational performance, ensure company standards are upheld, and prepare operations and financial reports.

To be successful in the position of Regional Director of Operations, you should be able to lead and manage people, ensure operations run smoothly, and achieve revenue targets. Ultimately, a top-notch Regional Director of Operations should be able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills while leading operations within the region to achieve company goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Fulfill the role of Hiring Manager as needed.
  • Ensure company standards and procedures are followed.
  • Monitor implementation of new strategic initiatives and operations playbooks and ensure Operators/Operations Managers receive additional support as needed to ensure full integration.
  • Oversee leaders who set daily operations and performance objectives.
  • Ensure back-up support for leaders during absences.
  • Recruit, train, and support leaders in each location as well as conduct annual performance appraisals of direct reports.
  • Review analyses and reports of branch operations and financial performance (revenue, expense, occupancy, delinquency, new/terminated business).
  • Work with leaders on planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost effective.
  • Monitor office results on a consistent basis and work with leaders to make corrections as needed.
  • Ensure programs are in place for team members to be in compliance with all federal/state/local fair housing standards as well as any federal/state housing programs.


GENERAL GUIDELINES:
What you’ll need to be successful:
  • Active real estate or property management license, maintained in good standing, in the State where Regional Manager resides.
  • 5+ years’ experience in leading & developing management-level team member
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Minimum of 7-10 years property management experience
