Communicate with management regarding status of warranty jobs, pending claims, requests from OEM’s for further information

Prepares vehicle warranty claims for entry into respective OEM systems, inclusive of ensuring all supporting documentation is collected

Processes warranty claims within the organization’s and the manufacturers’ policies, procedures & guidelines

Proactively coach service departments on warranty compliance guidelines and expectations

Check and train other team members to verify chassis and components for Warranty

Minimum of 7-10 years property management experience
