Your Role With Us:
Referral Specialist- Fam Med
Your exceptional customer service skills, organizational and multi-tasking skills will serve to ensure the smooth and timely flow of verifying and processing patient referrals
Core Functions:
- Complete and process all authorizations and referrals ordered
- Obtain pre-authorization or renewal of authorization as needed
- Complete Workqueues assignments within appropriate time frames

Background/Expertise:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One (1) year of medical office experience required.
· Outpatient medical experience preferred.
