Job Description



We are currently looking for an Administrative Office Support to provide support to a fast-paced recruiting team. This role is an integral part of the recruiting team and assists in the day to day recruiting operations. The Admin will be responsible for a wide variety of duties and provide administrative, recruiting, sales and credentialing support. The ideal candidate will be flexible and have excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.



Responsibilities:



Assist in scheduling interviews with candidates and coordinate scheduled of interview

Manage background check and reference check processes

Post positions to company website, job boards, social media

Assist in maintaining Applicant Tracking System

Successfully completing initial and subsequent credentialing packages as required by our clients for all employees

Tracks information expiration and communicate with employees to ensure currency of licenses and records.

Assists with all other activities related to credentialing and re-credentialing.

Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on application status as recruiters need assistance

Assist with timekeeping and payroll duties

Assist with reporting and tracking recruitment activities

Provide administrative support to the Recruiting team

Screen and review resume and source candidates

Other duties as needed.



Job Requirements



Energetic, Positive Attitude, Charismatic Personality

Minimum 1 year of professional work experience or internship experience, prefer experience in a Recruiting Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, HR or compliance role.

Previous use and maintenance of Applicant Tracking System preferred.

MS Office proficiency; specifically, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Effective time management and multitasking and prioritization skills.

Organized and strong attention to detail.

Experience in a medical/healthcare setting is a plus.
