Job Summary and Opportunity:

Axos Credit Operations & Analytics division is focused on evaluating, designing, delivering, and managing effective and scalable business operations that support the Credit department. This is accomplished by collaborating on cross-functional initiatives and process improvements, sustaining a strong human capital framework, maintaining accurate credit policies and procedures, ensuring audit preparedness and effective controls framework, and providing meaningful credit data and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Perform other projects, support, and duties as assigned by management
• Analyzing business functions and processes, document findings, and recommending operational improvements
• Utilize the Bank’s systems to create reports to manage the assets that require special attention and monitoring.
• Help with data architecture management, system-to-system management, data integration, data investigation and data integrity initiatives
• Performing data mining and delivering business intelligence reporting using SQL, SSRS, Tableau, or Excel

Requirements:

• 1+ years' data/reporting experience in an office environment.
• Bachelors degree
