Job Description

Partner Information – Virginia Beach, VA


The Christian Broadcasting Network(CBN) is seeking a detail oriented individual to join our Partner Information team. TheData Entry Specialistwill provide excellent customer service to our partners over the phone, enter new information into our database, make corrections, apply donations, order merchandise, and perform research on accounts as requested.


The work schedule for this full-time position is Monday-Friday 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.


The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a highly structured, production-oriented environment
  • Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping/accounting principles to reconcile partner accounts
  • Excellent phone etiquette, and oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as an effective team member
  • Ability to enter data into a computer for a minimum of six hours daily
  • Intermediate computer skills with MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with frequent change
