The Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator (RSC) supports the recruiting team and hiring managers by creating candidate pipelines utilizing talent search platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZoomInfo, deep web search using sophisticated Boolean search techniques, and through social media channels. The RSC also provides operational and administrative support managing vendor relations and related billing functions.
