Cosmetic Physician Partners is building the premier network of physician-led medical aesthetic clinics across the US.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Sourcer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing strategies to source qualified, diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and referral candidate pools.
Responsibilities
- Identifying all candidates suitable for the requisitions through networking, utilizing online databases, social media, contact lists, internal Applicant Tracking Systems, and employee referrals
- Writing and implementing effective research strategies to source diverse candidates on each requisition
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines as well as vast networks of professional relationships for various disciplines in the cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic industries
- Using all possible means to engage those candidates quickly & ensuring up-to-date CV’s are received from potential candidates
- Candidate Assessment/Selection: Ability to assess applicant/candidate quality, technical capabilities, and cultural fit
- Identifying, scheduling interview, and making recommendations for candidates with the potential for upward mobility at various levels
- Maintaining accurate and detailed candidate records
Qualifications
- Results orientated with the tenacity to deliver great results quickly
- Aesthetic/Cosmetic Dermatology/Healthcare recruiting/sourcing experience is preferred
- Must have a demonstrated ability to create and drive efficient and effective candidate generation strategies for beyond traditional recruitment mechanisms
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting/sourcing experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment is required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management or related field is preferred
- Strong internet research skills and cold-calling experience are required
