$66,414.00 - $102,423.00 / Year

Expectations:

Supports hiring managers by sourcing, screening, qualifying and recommending external and internal candidates for nursing support, allied health and clerical positions. Provides outstanding customer service in support of client talent and business needs. Collaborates with department managers to plan and provide full life cycle recruitment of nursing, allied health and clerical support professionals. This position requires flexibility of hours.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum two years of Human Resources/Recruitment experience that includes a minimum of one year of sourcing, recruiting and hiring, preferred.
SKILLS:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and good follow up skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) required.
Experience in using Position Manager Applicant Tracking System preferred.
