What you bring to our team:

• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
• Problem solving skills
• Demonstrated basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties
• Excellent phone etiquette skills required
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality

As a Receptionist/Office Assistant, you will provide care to our residents to include but not limited to:

• Answer telephones during scheduled shift
• Ensure phone calls are redirected to appropriate employee or department
• Provide callers with information about the facility, such as, address, directions, fax numbers, and other related information
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail
• Transfer callers to appropriate voicemail when employee is unavailable
• Other duties as assigned
• Assist with other related clerical duties, such as, copying, faxing, filing, etc., as needed
