Job Description
OCES supports elders and individuals with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services. By promoting healthy, save lives for our consumers, we hope to allow them to stay as active and engaged in their lives and in their own communities for as long as possible.
To support our goals, we are seeking a Receptionist to answer our busy switchboard; warmly welcome walk-ins and provide clerical support as needed.
What You Will Do
  • Assist with clerical/administrative duties as needed.
  • Manage our busy switchboard, answering calls and responding to voicemails.
  • Taking appropriate action on any emergency/urgent calls regarding any OCES consumer or staff person
  • Welcome and direct scheduled and walk-in guests.
What You Will Bring
  • Professional and helpful manner in handling calls and guests.
  • Your passion for helping others and desire to make a difference.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple console lines in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and work with minimum supervision.
  • Bi-lingual preferred!
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
