Job Description
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive

  • Enters invoices, sales receipts, and company's expenses into QuickBooks
  • Reviews, proofreads, and edits documents prepared for the administrator's or executive's signature
  • Compiles and maintains records, statistical information, and reports of all service calls
  • Composes letters, emails, invoices, bids, RFPs' responses and memoranda as directed or in response to inquires
  • Produces a variety of documents, charts, graphs, and presentations in final form using Microsoft Work, Excel, and/or PowerPoint.
  • Receives incoming service calls, takes customer's information, creates work orders, and dispatches service calls to available plumbing technicians via e-mail, text messaging, phone or computer aided program.
  • Prepares agenda and collects materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences; takes minutes and keeps records of proceedings
  • Assists Project Managers in all office related tasks.
  • Accurately enters data into Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
Requirements
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Prioritization/multi-tasking; time management
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, telephone systems, typewriters, calculators, copiers and facsimile machines
  • High School diploma or GED, Associates degree preferred
  • Strong attention to details
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization skills
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work well alone or as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
